Disability Support Facilitator

What inspired you to pursue a career in supporting individuals with disabilities?

Since childhood, I have been interested in helping people. When I had the opportunity, I pursued a Certificate IV in Disability. I see this work as both a service and a fulfilling profession.

What is your work history?

I was a Customer Service Coordinator since 2007. In 2024, I  completed my Certificate IV in Disability at IHNA. I completed my work placement with Function Lifestyle and now I work for the company.

What do you enjoy most about working in the Function Lifestyle Group programs?

The creative schedules. I'm continually surprised by the creativity of the activities and have witnessed the therapeutic benefits they bring to the clients.

What particular skills/interests do you have that you can share with the participants?

I bring strong teamwork skills and a willingness to learn from both my colleagues and clients. I strive to share my knowledge while also encouraging collaboration and growth among participants.

What are three words to describe your personality?

Punctual. Hand working. Sincere.

What do you like to do outside of work?

I enjoy spending time with family watching movies and enjoying gatherings with friends.
