SHINE is our dynamic, all-abilities, group-based program that fosters personal growth, social connection, and creative expression in a nurturing, strength-focused environment.
Tailored to meet each participant’s physical, cognitive, and sensory needs and preferences, SHINE offers a variety of activities designed to enhance wellbeing and encourage active participation.
The program blends movement, art and sensory experiences to support physical health, emotional regulation and self-awareness. Participants can enjoy activities such as nature walks, swimming, dancing and yoga, while exploring self-expression through art as therapy in a safe space. Pampering experiences, including massage and foot spas, promote relaxation, while collaborative games, cooking and community outings offer opportunities for connection and joy.
Mindfulness practises cultivate peace and balance, and occasional volunteer opportunities foster a sense of purpose and community. Regular theme days off fresh learning experiences, expanding participant’s exposure to a variety of activities and enriching their overall program experience. SHINE embraces each person’s individuality in a supportive and inclusive space, ensuring that everyone thrives.
