Unique is a fresh and innovative direct support program designed for kids and teens. Conducted as a 1:1 support, what makes Unique different is the time we take to truly understand each participant—not just their current needs, but also their past experiences, interests, and passions. By listening closely to families, we ensure every support plan is deeply personal and meaningful, laying the foundation for genuine connection and growth.

Each participant is thoughtfully matched with both a primary and secondary support worker, creating consistency, stability, and trusted relationships. This approach helps children and teens feel secure, supported, and understood, while also offering flexibility if schedules change. It’s about building authentic bonds that empower participants to thrive.

Alongside all the usual activities available in community support, participants in Unique also enjoy full access to our Function Centre. This vibrant space offers opportunities for creativity, exploration, and learning, with the support worker having a deep understanding of the individual to provide suggestions of activities.
