What inspired you to pursue a career in supporting individuals with disabilities?

I've always wanted to help people, even from a young age. Making others happy has always been my goal.

What is your work history?

18 years in Aged Care/Disability work.

What do you enjoy most about working in the Function Lifestyle Group programs?

It's a family-friendly work environment where it's easy to get along with everyone.

What particular skills/interests do you have that you can share with the participants?

Always willing to help others achieve the goals they set for themselves.

What are three words to describe your personality?

Bubbly. Passionate. Determined.

What do you like to do outside of work?

I enjoy spending time with family and watching footy.
