We request that all our Support Workers have relevant qualifications in disability or community support to ensure that we have highly skilled Support Workers that have a drive for learning more about how to support their participants.
As their supports facilitate a therapeutic approach with each individual, we recognise this by referring to our Support Workers as Disability Support Facilitators.
